Got me fixed up and on my way to work as quickly as possible. The folks who work here are always friendly and helpful, and accommodating! The last two times I’ve come here, I was either surprised by the low price or the fact I didn’t need to pay at all for tire repairs on tires purchased here. So glad for this place.
Online purchase and appointment went great, install was quick. Requested balancing weights inside the wheel which was not performed and have noticed 2 loose lugnuts on one wheel. Will need to check every nut for stripping and proper install as well as get the tires rebalanced for the requested balancing weights as they are notorious on our car for flying off. to be continued...
Bought tires at 11am. Left truck. Was told tires would arrive at 1 or 2. Was never updated. Then when I called they said there was 4 about to be ahead of my truck. Dumbest thing I have heard. Showed up at 5 truck still not ready. Found truck jacked up on one bolt each side again dumb. Told manager byrce I would not be back and that I was pissed. I could see him in the office smiling laughing like he didn't care nor did it matter to him.
My husband needed new tires for his truck. I have been a customer here for many years, and now my husband is a customer. My husband went in to talk about tires and was talked to by a employee who was very rude to him, like his business didn't matter. I went inside because I wasn't about to have one employee mess up his experience with this place. I love it here, and have been loyal since day one. SEAN, SAVED THE DAY!!!!! He took his time with us and made sure we were taken care of respectfully. He called me every day to let me know when our tires would be in, and scheduled us a appointment. The most friendliest employee at this location. Sean has the absolute best customer service we have ever experienced. Sean deserves the best this company has to offer. Thank you Sean, for everything. We appreciate you.
Was a awesome place now they want even patch a tire! You call they say yes you show up just trying to sell you new tires thanks for wasting people's time. Best bet find a small local tire shop that isn't scared to do their job
Every time my wife and I come here they give us excellent service. We never get talked into extra things or pressured in anyway, they simply just take care of us. If you have a bad experience I'm sorry every company and person has a bad day give them another shot it's worth it.
Also shout out to Bryce at this Gastonia store he is super friendly and quick to take care of things.
